Our Mission Statement:

"The Mission of St. Mary’s School is to gather as a faith-filled community to provide an excellent, well-rounded education, and to form students through the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Catholic Tradition."

WHAT DO WE PROMISE?

Reasons to Choose St. Mary's School

What do we Promise?

Catholic tradition and academic excellence in a community grounded in a common faith

Balanced curriculum including the arts and physical education

Learning with a moral purpose

A safe and disciplined learning environment

Exceptional faculty and staff who help individual children reach their highest potential

A dedication to service and Catholic social teaching

It is nearing the time when parents make decisions about where to send their children to school next year. In these difficult economic times, parents struggle with the decision.  Will they choose a Catholic education as a new experience for their children, reenroll their children in a Catholic school, or eliminate Catholic education as a choice?

St. Mary’s is an outstanding school, both in teaching the faith and providing excellent academics. The distinctive qualities of a Catholic education are present in
all of the programs offered at St. Mary’s. We have a balanced academic program with an emphasis on developing literacy skills in our students. The classes are small, allowing the staff to offer individualized attention for each learner.

Faith and values are taught in every class as our students develop not only their academic skills, but also their character and spiritual lives. The staff is dedicated to helping each and every child grow to his or her fullest potential. Our graduates and their families report that our students are very well prepared to move on and be successful at the middle and high school levels.

There is a true sense of community at our school. Parents are involved in all aspects of the school. We have an after school program for children of working parents. Our tuition is the lowest in the Michiana area. Bishop Murray has stated that no child should be denied a Catholic education because of finances. We want all of our parents to know that we will work with you to make a Catholic education an affordable choice for you and your children. As you consider where to send your children to school next year, remember the promises we make if you choose St. Mary’s School.
